What is YAC
The City of Marion Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) meets monthly and provides an opportunity for young people 12-25 to discuss youth issues, initiate new projects, plan events, contribute to Council decision making and be involved in making a difference in the local community. YAC has been operating successfully since 2002 and its members live, work, study or spend their leisure time in the City of Marion.
