Mitchell Park Sports and Community Centre

Marion Council is seeking Federal and State Government funding for 50 percent of the costs of the $19.75 million redevelopment of Mitchell Park Sports and Community Centre.

Plans include an indoor recreation facility with multi-purpose courts for sports including basketball and netball, a two-storey community centre, gym, function area and café.

There will be facilities for football, cricket, rugby, tennis and the Dover Gardens Dog Club.

Following confirmation of full project funding and management arrangements, City of Marion or its managing agent, will negotiate club/user group access agreements. 

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Application Form for club/organisations use must be completed in full online.

The EOI process opens on 30 October 2017 and closes on 1 December 2017.
