Annual Business Plan

The Annual Business Plan guides Council's activities so that we can make the best possible progress towards our community’s vision for the future of Marion as a sustainable city.

With Council and the community working together, we have the power to create our future and continue to build a vibrant, healthy, sustainable and enterprising community.

The Annual Business Plan outlines how Council plans to allocate its budget and what services and projects will be developed in the forthcoming financial year.
