Information on Summary Sheets for Major Projects

The City of Marion has developed a Summary Sheet for each Major Project as a snapshot of each project's progress. Each project summary has been described using the following headings:
- Project Objective, Strategic Plan reference
- Business Plan, Methodology, Partners
- Milestones achieved
- Previous Council Resolutions
- Current Activities
- Future Council Considerations, Activities to Implement
The purpose of the project summaries is to provide a document that succinctly describes:
- Why Council is undertaking the project (Project Objective, Strategic Plan reference)
- Whether a Business Plan and Risk Analysis is required, the method for funding and Key Partners for the project (Business Plan, Methodology, Partners)
- What has been achieved to date (Milestones achieved)
- Decisions Council has previously made (Previous Council Resolutions)
- What is currently happening with the projects (Current Activities)
- What matters Council will need to consider and steps required to implement the project (Future Council Considerations, Activities to Implement)
Changes made in relation to the previous summary sheet is indicated through italic text and shading.
