The City of Marion is committed to providing relevant, individual and quality services through its Community Care team in-line with Home and Community Care National Service Standards. Please advise us if you have any specific needs.
Feedback
Everyone using or applying to use a Community Care service is encouraged to provide feedback. Your feedback assists the Community Care team to provide high quality and relevant services.
All feedback provided is kept confidential and you can choose to remain anonymous. Your name and contact details are only required if you would like to discuss your comments or obtain further information about available services.

Questionnaires are also available from the Customer Service Centre at 245 Sturt Road, Sturt and can be returned to the Community Care team by either:
- using the reply paid envelope provided (provided with hard copy and available upon request)
- posting the questionnaire to postal address PO Box 21, Oaklands Park SA 5046
- faxing the questionnaire to 08 8375 6699
- email community.care@marion.sa.gov.au
- alternatively you may complete the questionnaire by calling the Community Care team - Phone 08 8375 6649.
Community Care Services are subject to availability of resources and may vary from time to time.
