The Cities of Marion, Holdfast Bay, Mitcham, Onkaparinga and Unley have collaborated to develop a cultural information package, outling the community care services provided by local government. The information is available in both written and audio formats for your convenience.

This package provides information about the subsidised services available to support frail older people, younger people with a disability and their carers to remain living independently within their communities.

We encourage you to contact your local council to find out what services are available.
