Section 30 Development Plan Review 2007- 2008 Following extensive community and Government Agency consultation undertaken between October 2007 and December 2007 and a Public hearing held before Council on 12 December 2007. Council has now completed its periodic review of its Development Plan as required by Section 30 of the Development Act 1993. The Section 30 Review final report was endorsed by Council at its meeting on 10 June 2008, and is available for public viewing for a period of 2 months.
