Marion Council is seeking Federal Government funding to build a bigger and better Mitchell Park Sports and Community Club.
On 12 February 2019, the Council re-committed up to $10 million towards the cost of redeveloping this popular but old facility.
We are seeking an extra $5 million to $10 million to make the centre a larger sports club and community centre.
The federal election is the perfect time to seek the extra funding.

An expanded centre would create jobs and local business opportunities while providing a home for up to 1000 players of various sporting codes.
