Local car lovers get revved!

Move over VALO 500, Glandore has all the speed you need with the Combined Car Clubs (Glandore) Inc.

Bringing together car lovers from across the state, the Combined Car Clubs Clubrooms at the Glandore Community Centre is the meeting place for the following clubs; Adelaide Antique Automobile Club, BSA Owners Club of South Australia Inc., Chrysler Restorers Clubs of Australia SA Inc., Federation of Historic Motoring Clubs SA Inc., Model A Ford Club of SA., SA 4WD and Touring Club, Mercedes Benz Club of South Australia, Morris Car Club of SA., Rover Car Club of SA Inc., Sunbeam Car Club of SA Inc., Vauxhall Owners Club of Australia SA Branch, Vintage Sports Car Club of South Australia, Veteran and Vintage Chevrolet Automobile Association of Australia (SA Branch). and the Volvo Car Club of SA.

The clubrooms is where people who have an interest in automobiles and vehicles of all ages, models and types can gather; and it is at the Glandore Community Centre that these enthusiasts meet and discuss cars, motorcycles, trucks and events with the community together.

The Combined Car Club’s President, Bob Moylan, is a member of the Model A Ford Club, and has chaired or been on the CCC Committee for more than 35 years.

“We have people from all over the state of South Australia and at events from all of Australia attending our meetings and gatherings to chat and connect with their cars and vehicles as the excuse. The Clubrooms are the “base” venue for two weeks of motoring events “Motorfest” surrounding the Bay to Birdwood each year. All the Clubs and their members provide enjoyment, social outings for many within our community and provide a great place to get together with likeminded friends”.

“The Vintage Sports Car Club of SA even owns a restored 1926 Rugby Tourer and approved members can use it when they’d like.”

The Combined Car Clubs (Glandore) Inc’s individual clubs always welcome new members and encourage fellow enthusiasts to reach out to become members and be involved with our Clubs and people who have similar interests.
