It was successful start to the 'Fringe on the Fringe' at the Marion Cultural Centre's Domain Theatre on Friday with award-winning show Trail's End kicking off the festival.

The theatre show was fuelled by powerful story-telling and took the audience on a journey of cultural exploration.

A camping trip between two brothers - after the passing of their mother - becomes a time for reflection.

The play explores the issues of family and identity, but from two very different lenses.

It was captivating to see how each subject in the story felt challenged by the other throughout. But ultimately their differences would become their commonality.

Proudly led by Aboriginal creatives, this play showed sensitivity in the way it approached a number of challenging themes. It was authentic in its cultural exploration, which appeared to resonate with the audience.

It was a fantastic way to kick-off the Fringe at the Domain Theatre.
