The City of Marion’s new digital customer portal My Marion can now take rate payments online.
The new function was launched on April 12, offering a one-stop-shop for paying rates, viewing real-time rate balances and seeing when payments are due.
Residents who create a My Marion account can also set up a payment plan and manage direct debit payments for rates and request an extension of time.
The new system is easy to use and offers a range of resources including FAQs and staff support.
My Marion was launched in December 2021, allowing residents and ratepayers to report an issue and request a service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The portal also provides updates on the progress of reports and requests.
My Marion is part of the City of Marion’s vision to embrace innovative technology to deliver better services for the community.
