Oaklands Park Renewal Development Plan Amendment (DPA)

The Minister for Planning and Local Government is proposing to rezone 19.25 hectares of land in Oaklands Park, immediately south of the Warradale Barracks, to enable redevelopment of aged SA Housing Authority dwellings with new, fit for purpose, medium-density housing.

Consultation of the DPA commences Thursday 17 September 2020 and closes Thursday 12 November 2020
