The City of Marion Building Asset Strategy (CoMBAS) is a 10-year forward outlook strategy that uses evidence, service level benchmarks and local context to inform future decision making and prioritisation to maximise the value and quality of assets and service delivery to the Marion community, within the City of Marion’s financial capacity.
