ORDER FORM FOR MEALS:

Please phone 8375 6704 by midday Tuesday or use the form below to place your order.

Main frozen meals are $7 each, desserts are $4 each (maximum order 7 main meals and 5 desserts per week) and are delivered on Thursday from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm by our friendly community bus volunteers.

You must be home to receive your meal delivery.

Meals will not be delivered if you are not home and will be sent to Cooinda Cafe after 2:30 pm Thursday for you or your family members to pick up.

If our menu doesn’t meet your preferences, cultural or dietary needs please tell us and we will provide you with a list of organisations who may be able to cater for your specific needs.

Cottage Pie, with sautéed mince beef and vegetables. Topped with gratinated mash potato, served with pumpkin and beans – GF, NF

Savory Mince Casserole, lean beef mince cooked in a rich homemade gravy served with creamy mashed potato and carrots – GF, DF, NF

Chicken Casserole, a classic casserole made with diced chicken, tomato, mushroom and capsicum served on a bed of rice – GF, NF, DF

Vegetable Quiche, free range eggs combined with cut potatoes, zucchini and spinach with grated parmesan cheese – V, NF

Chicken Schnitzel, crumbed chicken served with gravy, baby carrots and beans – NF

Roast Lamb, a traditional roast lamb served with baked potato, pumpkin and gravy – GF, NF, DF

Chicken Rissoles, chicken mince mixed with rice, carrots, breadcrumbs and cheese. Served with chicken gravy, peas, carrots and mash – GF, NF

Vegetable Stir Fry, SA grown vegetables tossed with sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce, served with rice – V, NF

Black forest cake- Chocolate sponge cake with a rich cherry and cream filling – NF

Baked Cheesecake – Baked Cheesecake with a hint of zest – NF

Pear and custard – Poached fruit in a cream custard – NF

Apple and Cream Rice – A delicious creamy rice with apple and vanilla – GF, NF
