Please Note : When purchasing a small plaque and the plaque is to be attached to the backrest of an existing seat a maximum of 2 plaques will be permitted on the same seat in line with Councils Memorial Procedure. If the applicant pays for the park infrastructure and plaque no additional plaques will be permited on the park infrastructure

Note: When planning text for a memorial plaque please keep in mind the following information:

• Text could include but is not limited to, the recipient’s name, significant dates, short message, applicants name/family.
• If you require the text in lower or uppercase
• A maximum of 250 characters. More text can make plaques harder to interpret

Applications must be completed and approvals granted prior to the installation of a memorial.
