Community bus

The City of Marion provides a door-to-door Community Bus service for eligible residents who are transport disadvantaged and require assistance to access community activities.

This coordinated program is support by volunteer drivers and assistants who transport residents to destinations that enable people to continue to participate in activities of daily life such as;

Eligibility criteria to access this service includes:

• Difficulty accessing public transport and no access to a private vehicle.
• You are independent when you arrive at the destination.
• Transport disadvantaged or socially isolated.
