New Development Applications

The State Government’s new planning system has changed how all applications for property development are lodged and assessed.

All development applications must now be lodged via the PlanSA website.

Any development applications submitted prior to March 19 (where the fees have been paid) will continue to be assessed under the previous planning system. You can track these applications via our Development registers page.
