Missed collection, missing and damaged bins

Bin not collected

If your bin missed getting collected, please either submit your request online using the portal link below or contact Cleanaway via phone or email (also listed below).

Damaged bin

Bins generally will be replaced if:

  • A split within the bin body allows vermin access to waste.
  • Damage allows liquid to leak out
  • Damage represents a risk to others.

If your bin is in need of replacement parts (e.g. lid pins, wheels, axles, lids or the bin body), please either submit your request online using the portal link below or contact Cleanaway via phone or email (also listed below).
