Malcolm Garcia served as an officer in the Royal Australian Air Force and as an intelligence analyst for the Department of Defence. Since leaving the intelligence-world Malcolm has written non-fiction articles about such subjects as China’s naval ambitions, American nuclear force modernisation, and the Syrian Civil War for a variety of publications, including The Strategist, The Interpreter, Quarterly Essay and Defence Today. He has also written three novels, his latest being ‘KILL-CAPTURE’. His knowledge of the intelligence community, military weapons systems and international relations blur the lines between fiction and non-fiction and will make readers wonder just how much of ‘KILL-CAPTURE’ actually happened!
