Book Talk Tuesday Stephanie Turvey Balancing Rocks

The Wellbeing Revolution explores the theme 'reclaiming our wellbeing' in the 21st century, post-industrial society. It looks at cultural and social influences on our wellbeing and invites us to become a Well Being Warrior and start the journey of growth, change and self discovery. The revolution is happening but what is it, and is it something we join? Come along and find out! The Wellbeing Revolution is Stephanie's first book, written from her own personal experience.
