In our busy lives we need strategies that we can tap into to help us navigate the challenges we are presented with.

On Saturday 7th September join four dynamic presenters who will assist with creative ideas, mindfulness, self-awareness, and learning how to nurture yourself and harness your power. Plus a healthy and delicious lunch provided by Executive Chef Chris Bone.

You will hear and learn great information that can be added to your "Toolkit of Life" where new positive patterns can emerge and old ways of thinking that don't serve you anymore are let go.

Come along to the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre for a full day of self awakening and personal growth.

All profits will be donated to the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre.
