| Looking for something different to do? Or feeling frustrated ? Come and drum it out Friday's at 2pm at Clarence Gardens (term-based). "Drum Circles create physical vibrations that relax the body. They also massage the heart and the emotions" - Arthur Hall The program DRUMBEAT is a happy mixture of drumming to your own beat and creating harmony with others. It will make you smile. It might be out of your comfort zone but moving our limbs to a beat is not, and that's all it takes to get started. There are plenty of spots left in this group - adults only. $20 per session, paid per term. Free trial class available. |
