Come n’ Try Pilates Mash Up
This is a higher intensity work out including cardio. There will be a mash up of Pilates inspired exercises such as mat work, barre and pound , you don't know what to expect until you are there.
This class can include weights if you are up for the extra challenge or go weightless for a slightly easier workout.
