Hugh Johnson Boulevard Reserve Official Opening

Come along and join the fun, exploring all this reserve has to offer. Bring your bike and test out the new pump track. Challenge yourself on the adventure playground. Try out the new fitness equipment or take a walk through the reserve and find all the hidden treasures.

The upgrades include a challenging adventure area for older children with a climbing wall and the tallest tunnel slide in Marion! There is a junior play space and an ‘Enchanted Forest’ nature play area, complete with animal sculptures and a magic cauldron. There is a 3 on 3 basketball court, netball ring, mini soccer goals and adult fitness equipment.

On the day there will be:

• free sausage sizzle
• face painting in the Enchanted Forest
• Come and Try’ sessions for soccer, basketball and netball

Parking will be limited so we encourage you to walk, ride or scoot to the opening. Please also bring your water bottles. You can fill them at one of the water stations.
