From our kitchen to your's, let's get cooking to feel good!

Research shows that menopausal woman can develop insulin resistance associated with declining progesterone and oestrogen levels, leading to many uncomfortable symptoms and side effects.

Incorporating certain foods into a diet can help prevent and relieve symptoms and lead to a more positive experience and improve wellbeing.

This workshop will teach you about the importance of eating the right foods and the impact of it in your body.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU WOULD LIKE A COPY OF THE RECIPE & INGREDIENTS THAT WILL FEATURE IN THIS WORKSHOP AND WOULD LIKE TO COOK-ALONG, PLEASE EMAIL libraryevents@marion.sa.gov.au PRIOR TO THE WEBINAR
