Want to learn about native bees and how to encourage them in your garden? Join Jenny Deans for a hands on workshop to find out how to attract and care for native bees in your backyard. You will discover what native bees look like, their role in conservation and food security and what they need to thrive.

In the pratical component of the workshop you can make a ‘Bee B&B’ from recycled materials to take home to your garden.

Jenny Deans from Cosmophylla Garden Services is a passionate native gardener with considerable knowledge of native bees. She has run a range of native bee and native gardening community workshops.

This session is part of the City of Marion Common Thread Program, a monthly session on sustainable living.
