This local marketplace event will be held at Parker’s Place, 104-106B Sturt Road, from 10am to 12 midday on Saturday, 5 June.
The event will include the unveiling of a plaque by Mayor Kris Hanna.
The shops at Parker’s Place will be open with the outdoor market adjacent on Launceston Avenue.
The stalls will offer local and handmade items such as candles, homewares, jewellery and artworks.
Visit the Parker’s Place stall and enter a free raffle to win one of 10 $25 vouchers to be used at Parker’s Place. Refreshments will be made available to purchase.
What work has been done?
The Federal Government Local Roads & Community Infrastructure Program provided $108,000 to upgrade the streetscapes.
The event is being arranged in accordance with COVID-safe practices. Please follow the latest government health guidelines, including physical distancing and appropriate hygiene. Hand sanitiser will be available. Please do not attend if you are unwell.
