It’s all happening at the Park Holme centre

A staple of Marion Road, the Park Holme Community Centre is a thriving hub of activity. Pauline Cleggett, who sits on the centre’s management committee, says the hall provides significant physical and social benefits to its users.

“This centre is a place for people to come together and find friends and community within Park Holme. The dance, exercise and singing groups bring such energy and vibrancy to the studio. The Weight Loss and Friendship Club is frequented by older ladies who come each week to weigh in, catch-up and have a coffee together, while the theatre group uses the space to meet, build, store and rehearse - and are often nominated for industry awards”.
