This is an off-leash park where dogs can exercise off-leash, except within 5 metres of a playground, at a wetland or when organised sport is being played.

Columbia Reserve in Hallett Cove is a local playground that was upgraded in 2010.
A multistation with circular hoops leads up to a slide or traverse the twisted climbing net. A crank and plastic climbing net are located at the foot of the multistation as well as swings.
There are views of the sea or wander down to the fence to watch the electric trains whizz by.
A shady picnic table provides a great spot to take a break.
Memorial
There is a memorial to Logan West (1990-2007) on the eastern side of the playground.
