Everest Avenue Reserve in Morphettville has standard seating and some unique natural log seating to relax and take a break in.
The log seating is set amongst a small native oasis with stepping stumps for some impromptu balance play.
The tree in the south-eastern corner is reminiscent of a Vincent Van Gogh painting. The Spotted Gum adjacent to it is mesmerising and intriguing with its beautiful trunk. Try and find the "twisted tree" at the northern end.
While you're in the area you can head north along the Sturt River Linear Park (700m, 9min) to the playground at Appleby Road Reserve.
Although there are no toilets at this reserve it’s a short walk (240m, 3min) to Hendrie Street Reserve. Alternatively you could continue on along the Sturt River Linear Park to Oaklands Reserve (600m, 8min).
