Things to do
Linear Park Reserve was upgraded in 2014 with new playground equipment, 3 on 3 basketball, a picnic table with shelter, seating, and pathways.
As part of Council's endorsed Open Space Plan (August 2022) funding has been allocated to install fitness equipment along the pathway.
Work will also include the installation of a drinking fountain near the playground equipment and pathway activities located around the central park loop.
Check out the draft design on Making Marion and have your say on the proposed reserve improvements.

Linear Park Reserve is a neighbourhood playground that includes nature play elements, a rocky river, swings, slide and rope bridge. There is also water and sand play that includes a digger and a pump channel.
There is a meandering path and landscaping around the creekline and trees which has enhanced the natural qualities of the site and accessibility. The reserve is a great place for the family to visit with picnic facilities including a shelter and seating.
This reserve is situated along Waterfall Creek Linear Park (listed from east to west).
Why not set out on an adventure and visit all three?
