Things to do

Mulcra Avenue Reserve in Park Holme is a neighbourhood playground that was upgraded in 2012, with shade sails added in December 2018. There are courts for basketball and tennis.
The playground is partially fenced near the courts where there is a rocking purple bus and spinner.
On the southern side of the reserve is a rocky mountain with a double side-by-side mound slide and a single mound slide. Swings and a challenging climbing net are also nearby.
Keep an eye out for the Clasping Goodenia (Goodenia amplexans) planted near the small slide. It's a distinctively fragrant plant native to the area and pollinated by the Blue-banded Bee. With heart-shaped, slightly furry/sticky leaves and small yellow flowers, kids can enjoy the strong smell by rubbing the leaves between their hands.
Bring a basketball or some tennis gear and have a play at the open courts. Partially fenced, it's easy to have a game while the kids play.
Picnic tables and seating are available near the courts, along with a drinking fountain.
Although there are no toilets at this reserve, there are toilets at Hendrie Street Reserve (11min walk, 900m).
