Nimboya Road Reserve in Marino is a local playground that was upgraded in 2011.
There is a large multistation with plenty of climbing challenges - a hexagonal net, tall twisted climbing net, hoop climb and monkey bars. A side-by-side double slide takes you back down so you can start the climb again.
Brightly coloured steppers and a spinner will test your balance and the little ones will love being the train driver of the train shaped springer. There is also a standard swing and baby swing.
Train enthusiasts will love it's close to proximity to the train line. A pedestrian tunnel connects the reserve to The Cove Road and provides access across the train line - kids also get kick out of hearing the trains thunder overhead.
A picnic table and seating is available, and concrete paths through the reserve make it easy to navigate.
Low height post-and-chain fencing surrounds the reserve.
This reserve is situated along the Marino Rocks Greenway. The Marino Rocks Greenway connects the City to the Coast to Vines Rail Trail.
