Minor Works

Ramsay Avenue Reserve has been upgraded.

The site now features:

  • A new 3 on 3 basketball court
  • New netball ring
  • Permanent soccer goals
  • Community garden beds
  • Nature Play Elements near the fence line - giant reading chair, outdoor library, log table and chairs.
  • Nature Play Trail - consisting of log beams and log steppers.
  • 2 x new drink fountains
  • Upgraded irrigation

No further work was completed on the playground.

Resident engagement occurred from 31 May to 21 June 2021 via Making Marion. For details see the engagement report.

Ramsay Avenue Reserve in Seacombe Gardens is a local playground.

It has a multistation with two slides, a rock climbing wall, tunnel and bridge. Swings and a springer will keep little ones entertained.

The northern part of the reserve is a large grassy area.

There's seating, a picnic table and tap. Off-street parking, as well as a disabled car park is available.
