Things to do
Rosslyn Street Reserve was upgraded in 2010 with new playground equipment. As part of Council's endorsed Open Space Plan (August 2022) minor reserve improvements are planned for Rosslyn Street Reserve in 2023.
Work will include the installation of a drinking fountain and a shelter over the existing picnic table. Funding is also included to install sporting goals. Engagement occurred in January to seek feedback on the type of sporting goals to be added to the reserve.
Outcomes are detailed in the consultation report below.
Rosslyn Street Reserve in Clovelly Park is a neighbourhood playground that was upgraded in 2010, with shade sails added in November 2018.
There's a brightly coloured multistation with coloured hoops, ladders and monkey bars to climb; a fireman's pole and slide to slide down; and a bridge to cross.
The four-child carousel is always a lot of fun or you can go on the swings.
Bring a ball and practice with the ball toss, it's ideal for young children beginning to learn basketball/netball skills.
The reserve has a large grassy area, plenty of seating throughout and a concrete path past the playground.
