This is an on-leash park where dogs must be on a leash at all times.
Sandery Avenue Reserve in Seacombe Gardens is a neighbourhood playground. It has a shady playground, fitness equipment, sports courts and a large grassy kick about area.
It's a short walk (400m, 5min) from Westfield Marion.

Come and explore this mega-multistation! Packed to the brim with different elements and obstacles it's sure to challenge all ages.
With two slides, monkey bars, bridges, climbing hoops, pommel course, stepping bollards, spiral climber and more... it's guaranteed to entertain!
Sports
The multiuse courts feature tennis, 3 on 3 basketball and a netball ring.
On the eastern side there's a cricket net and large grassy kick about area.
Concrete pathways throughout make this an ideal park for scooting or skating about.
There's also a number of fitness stations to work on, situated between the playground and the courts. The stations feature:

Facilities
This reserve has everything to make you stay for longer than just a drop-in-and-play.
A toilet, BBQs, shelter and picnic tables are all located near the playground and sports courts area.
There are a few bench seats through the reserve to relax on while you watch the action.
There are a few off-street car parks, including a disabled car park, on the Sweetwater Street side of the reserve.
Public Art
Check out the colourful mural on the toilet - bright and vibrant it's easy to spot.
