Minor Reserve Improvements

In 2023 a new seating art node, picnic setting and landscaping were installed at Vista Street Reserve near Moore Street.

The theme of the seating art node is to celebrate the amazing views from Vista Street Reserve. The sculptural seat was designed to symbolise a telescope with an interactive eye hole framing the view at one end, or by sitting and observing at the other end. A new path leads to the telescope to provide access to this area. Native landscaping surrounds the seating node.

Construction was completed in November 2023.

Council endorsed these minor reserve improvements in a General Council Meeting in August 2022.
