Things to do
York Avenue Reserve has netball and tennis courts, picnic facilities and a local playground.
York Avenue Reserve in Clovelly Park is a local playground that was upgraded in 2013 with shade sails added in July 2018.
The paritally fenced playground includes a multistation, rocker and double swings on a mixture of rubber soft fall and play mulch surfaces. The playground is fully fenced on the York Avenue side, however there is open access through to the reserve on the Cavan Terrace side.
The York Avenue side of the reserve has a sheltered picnic table, seating and BBQ. There is a grassy area to relax and take some time to unwind, under shady trees. A tap to fill your drink bottle is situated on the side of the community hall.
Off-street parking is available from the Scottish Street entrance. Further off-street parking is available on either side of the community hall on York Avenue, including disabled parking.
There are 4 netball courts on the southern side of the reserve and 2 multiuse (tennis/netball) courts on the northern side.
The Adelaide Wildcats Netball Club has teams across all age levels in summer and winter, as well as running development programs.
The Clovelly Park Memorial Community Hall is available for private functions.
