Leased Properties

The City of Marion Land and Property team manage 90 leased facilities throughout the city. These facilities include sporting grounds, community halls and commercial leases.

As a lease holder to a City of Marion property, there are a number of processes that must be followed to not breach your lease. The City of Marion require documentation from the lease holder on an annual basis. To make any changes to the facility requires approval.
