The Cove Civic Centre provides the community with a library facility that is flexible and supports a diverse range of activities. It provides a meeting spaces for people to connect for learning and recreation pursuits and supports local businesses with their endeavours.

The Cultural Centre Library shares its space with three hireable rooms including the Domain Theatre, which offers a modern and versatile performance space, as well as two smaller conference rooms suitable for meetings, training and workshops.
