Introduction

• This document records the terms and conditions of your Membership with Marion Outdoor Pool and your right to make use of the aquatic facilities during the period of your Membership.
• You will find a copy of the most up-to-date Marion Outdoor Pool conditions of entry by visiting our website.
• The most recent membership agreement supersedes any prior document, verbal contract or other activity made prior.

Access

• Memberships are valid for a season.
• Multi visit Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Memberships and are only to be used for the individual named on the card.
• Members are entitled to unlimited entry during the designated season for the duration of their membership.
• Membership does not give access during Marion Outdoor Pool centre bookings and events.
• Bookings and events will be advertised via our website and social media page.
• Valid membership cards will permit access through the entry turnstiles during business hours at Marion Outdoor Pool.

Group Fitness Classes

• Bookings are mandatory and must be made in advance through Envibe. Instructions on how to book a class through Envibe can be found on the Marion Outdoor Pool website.
• Class numbers are capped based on the space available and the instructor to participant ratio.
• Any cancellation of class will be updated in Envibe and all participants booked into the class will be notified via email.
• The Group Fitness class timetable can be found on Envibe.
• All members are required to follow the Marion Outdoor Pool’s Conditions of Entry, which can be found on the Marion Outdoor Pool website.
• Aqua Aerobics classes terms and conditions can be found on the Marion Outdoor Pool website.

Cancelling Memberships

• Memberships are not refundable due to change of mind or change in location.
  Cancellation requests will only be considered in extenuating circumstances and are at the discretion of the Marion Outdoor Pool Team Leader. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and addressed to the Marion Outdoor Pool Team Leader. Members will be notified of the outcome once assessed.
• Any refund will be pro-rated based on remaining value of membership.

Age Limits

• Relevant Watch Around Water age restrictions apply.
• Members under 12 must attend the centre with an adult.
  

Waiver of Liability

• By signing a Marion Outdoor Pool membership agreement all members are declaring themselves to be medically
  and physically able to participate in physical activity and understand and accept the adherent risks of undertaking
  exercise.
• Participants indemnify and will keep indemnified Marion Outdoor Pool to the extent permitted by law in respect
  of any claim by any person arising because of or in connection with one’s enrolment and/or participation in any
  Marion Outdoor Pool activity.
• This release and indemnity shall not apply to the extent that the loss, damage, or injury which is the subject of the
  claim is caused, or contributed to, by the negligent act or omission of Marion Outdoor Pool.

• It is the members responsibility to ensure they have all of their belongings prior to leaving the facility.
• Valuables should not be left in the changing rooms and do so at their own risk.
• Lockers are available opposite the Pool reception.
