Join an Aqua Aerobics class

General Information

• Aqua aerobics classes are subject to the availability of the facility.
• Classes will sometimes be unavailable due to facility bookings. If a class is unavailable communication will be provided at minimum of one week prior and advertised on the website, social media accounts and inside the facility.
• On Public Holidays classes will not be conducted.

Bookings

• Participants must book into Aqua classes online prior to attendance as classes are capped.
• All Aqua aerobics classes are capped at a maximum of 35 participants. Once capacity has been reached no additional bookings will be taken.
• Bookings can be made 7 days prior to the class using the online Envibe web portal or the Envibe portal on phone or tablets. All participants will need to create a profile prior to booking.
• Payment must be made online at the time of booking using a credit/bank card or by an Aqua Aerobics multi visit pass.

Health Declaration

• A Health Declarations must be completed at the time of profile creation.
• Participants with any health conditions of significant concern can discuss with the Aqua Aerobics instructor prior to the class.

Payments

• Casual payments can be made using the online portal or App and are paid using a credit/bank card.
• Aqua aerobics multi visit passes are available for purchase online using the web portal, app and at reception. Participants must create a profile before purchasing a multi visit pass.

Cancellations

• If you are unable to attend your booked class, you must notify your absence at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class.
• For pass holders, if the correct notice is given, the used pass will be credited back to your account
• For casual visits, the purchase amount will be credited back to your Envibe account to be used at the facility within 12 months.
• If a class is cancelled by the facility for any reason (weather, instructor absence, etc.) a credit will be issued onto your Envibe account to be used at the facility within 12 months.
• If a cancellation is made within 2 hours of the session commencing, the class will be forfeited. No cash refunds are given under any circumstance.

Health Declarations

• Participants are required to notify centre staff of any medical conditions that may impact on their safety,
• wellbeing, and enjoyment.
• Please discuss any health conditions of concern with staff prior to your first class.

On Arrival

• One Arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.

• Please check in with reception on entry.
• If it is your first time attending a class, please let the instructor know so they can help guide you through the class as needed.
• Entry will not be permitted 15 minutes after the class has started
