Online booking system guide

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool Customer Portal.
• Select log in.
• Select create an account.
• Enter your date of birth and email.
• Check your email inbox for a link to set your password. Please check your spam email if it does not arrive in your inbox.
• Set your password.
• You will be all set to go.

Memberships and passes need to be purchased by an individual.

If you wish to purchase a membership or pass for other family members on the same account you will be required to contact Marion Outdoor Pool to link them to your account.

Please email swimcentre@marion.sa.gov.au your account name and the names of the individuals you wish to add.

• Select your account name in top right corner.
• Select my account.
• Select select user.
• Select the user you wish to purchase a membership or pass for.
• Navigate to home.
• You are now ready to make a purchase for the individual you have chosen.

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool Customer Portal.
• Select Memberships.
• Select location Marion Outdoor Pool.
• Select your required membership category.
• Select the duration of 12 months.
• Select the type of membership you wish to purchase ( City of Marion residents receive 30 per cent off) and continue.
• Log into your account, If you do not have an account you will be required to create one.
• Select the person requiring the membership. Please see additional users information if you require another person to be added to your account.
• Read and accept the terms and conditions and medical conditions by checking the boxes and select continue.
• Check the membership details are correct and select continue to payment.
• Select pay upfront with credit card.
• Complete the details to finalise your transaction.
• On arrival at Marion Outdoor Pool, please see reception to collect your membership card.

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool Customer Portal.
• Select passes and buy pass.
• Select your required pass category.
• Select the type of pass you wish to purchase (City of Marion residents receive 30 per cent off) and continue.
• Log into your account. If you do not have an account you will be required to create one.
• Read and accept the terms and conditions and medical conditions by checking the boxes and continue.
• Select pay upfront with credit card and complete the details to finalise your transaction.
• On arrival at Marion Outdoor Pool, please see reception to collect your multi pass card.

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool portal.
• Select location Marion Outdoor Pool.
• Select the program you wish to join.
• Select the level you wish to enrol in and continue.
• Select the day you wish to attend, the number below indicates the number of lessons on offer.
• Choose the time you wish to attend and select the arrow on your right.
• Check the details of your enrolment are correct, select the starting date and continue.
• If you do not have an account you will be required to create one, or log into your account.
• Select the child you wish to enrol, or create a new profile by selecting someone else.
  
• Accept the medical and terms and conditions by checking the boxes and continue.
• If enrolling a child for the first time you will be required to fill out the details to add them to your account and select continue.
• Continue to payment and pay upfront with credit card to complete payment.

If enrolling another student select enrol another student and repeat the process from location before continuing to final payment.

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool portal.
• Log in to your account, if you do not have an account you will be required to create an account.
• Navigate to the Swim School section.
• You will see the swim school classes we have held for you.
• Select enrol now and check that all the details displayed are correct.
• Select the start date and continue.
• Select the child who will be enrolled into this class.
• Read and agree to the terms and conditions and medical conditions policy by checking the boxes and select continue.
• Continue to payment and pay upfront with credit card.
• Fill in required information to process your payment.
• You have now secured your place in the Happy Hubert Swim School.

If you have an additional child to enrol please see the instructions for adding an additional child.

• Once you have accepted the terms and conditions of your first child select enrol another student.
• Navigate to the home page and swim school section.
• Proceed with the instructions outlined in the make a payment for an enrolment on hold section.

Our portal allows you to check the progress of your child. There is a number of competencies for your child to achieve to progress to the next class.

• Navigate to Marion Outdoor Pool portal.
• Select the swim school section.
• Select view progress for the child you wish to view.
• A tick will appear against all the competencies your child has achieved at their current level.
• Once the child has completed all the competencies a digital certificate will available to download.

If you would like to know more about the progress of your child, please do not hesitate to talk to our Aquatic Services Supervisor.

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool portal.

Hint: Create an account at the beginning or log in to ensure booking information is saved.

• In booking type drop down list select the arrow on the right to choose the type of hosted birthday party area, either Balinese style hut, party room or gazebo. On a mobile device select the grey bar to bring up the options.

• Select your rate in the drop down box by selecting the arrow on the right. All City of Marion residents receive 30 per cent off hosted birthday parties. On a mobile device select the grey bar to bring up the options.
• Indicate how many children will be attending the birthday party. There is a minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 children allowed.
• Select the date required using the calendar symbol. On a mobile device select the date to bring up the calendar.
• If a hosted birthday party space is available for booking it will be shown in green.
• Highlight the entire green section. On a mobile - press and hold, to scroll down. On a desktop - Click and move mouse down and continue or check price.
• If you do not have an account you will be required to create an account , otherwise log into your account.
• Read and accept the terms and conditions and Watch Around Water policy by selecting the check boxes.
• Complete the required questions asked in the notes section.
• Select request booking. Your booking date and time is secure. A facility staff member will approve your booking in the next 48 hours.

• Navigate to Marion Outdoor Pool Portal

Hint: Create an account at the beginning or log in to avoid loosing information on booking.

• In the booking type drop down list select required booking by selecting the arrow on your right. On a mobile device select the grey bar to bring up the options.
• Select the rate required in the drop down list by selecting the arrow on the right. On a mobile device select the grey bar to bring up the options.
• If indicated, the number of spaces required will be 1 (1 group).
• Indicate your estimated group size. This will be the amount of people using the facilities, in the case of the general admission booking it will be the number of people utilising the pools, splash park or waterslides.
• Select the date required using the calendar symbol. On a mobile device select the date to bring up the calendar.
• If the booking is available it will show in green.
• Select your start time and scroll down to the time you wish to finish. Mobile - press and hold, to scroll down. Desktop - Click and move mouse down. Continue or check price.
• If you do not have an account you will be required to create an account , otherwise log into your account.
• Read and accept the terms and conditions and Watch Around Water policy by selecting the check boxes.
• Complete the required questions in the notes section.
• Select request booking. Your booking date and time is secure. A facility staff member will approve your booking in the next 48 hours.

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool portal.
• Select the booking section and my bookings at the top.
• Select the booking shown.
• Select pay deposit or pay balance and continue to payment.
• Select pay upfront with your credit card, complete the credit card details and process to complete the booking.

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool portal.
• Our lap swimming lane availability is visible for the upcoming week.
• Select the time of day you wish to swim by selecting morning, afternoon or evening.
• Select the day you wish to view by selecting the day and date.
• The number of lanes available for lap swimming will be shown in 15 minute intervals.
• A cross indicates no lanes available.
• You do not require an account to access the lap swimming lane availability.

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool portal.
• In the calendar bar scroll across using the arrow on your right to select the day required. Aqua Aerobics sessions can be purchased up to a week in advance.
• Select book now.
• If you do not have an account your will be required to create an account, otherwise log into your account.
• Select purchase admission.
• Select Marion Outdoor Pool.
• Select the admission type you wish to purchase.
• Select a price and continue.
• If you wish to add another person, at another price to the session select join another session.
• Select continue to payment and pay upfront with credit card.
• Fill in your credit card details and security check and select proceed to complete your booking.

• Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool portal.
• In the calendar bar scroll across using the arrow on your right to select the date required for the event or admission.
• Select book now on the ticket you wish to purchase.
• If you do not have an account your will be required to create an account, otherwise log into your account.
• Select purchase admission.
• Select the amount of tickets you wish to purchase.
• If you wish to add more tickets, at another price, select join another session.
• Select continue to payment and pay upfront with credit card.
• Fill in your credit card details and security check and select proceed to purchase your tickets.

Navigate to the Marion Outdoor Pool portal.

Select admission tickets.

All tickets purchased will be found here.

You will require your admission ticket to enter the facility gates.

Please make sure all people allocated on the ticket are present for admission.
