Private lessons

At Marion Outdoor Pool we offer small group sizes for effective learning. However, at times there may be the need to have a private lesson to help assist a child's learning development.

Private Lessons can assist a child:

  • To build confidence when they are reluctant to be in a group environment in the swim school program.
  • To work on a specific skill that will develop their swimming ability.
  • To maximize their learning potential and help maintain focus.

We offer two options for our private Lessons;

  • A casual lesson with a qualified instructor
  • Ongoing weekly lessons with a qualified instructor

Please note that private lessons are organised for specific days and times and are subject to instructor availability. Lessons are 30 minutes at a cost of $45 per child.

Inquire by contacting reception on 8375 6868 or swimcentre@marion.sa.gov.au for more details.

Adult swim lessons

It is natural to feel nervous about starting lessons as an adult for the first time. At Marion Outdoor Pool we hold adult swim lessons as a group or in a private lesson to help you on your swimming journey.

When joining as a beginner we help you to develop confidence in the water and take gradual steps towards swimming. As an immediate or advanced swimmer we help to refine your stroke. All our lessons are 45 mins and are self paced to your ability.
