Birthday parties

Parties are available for children from the ages of 5 to 12 years. We accommodate for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 children.

Your dedicated party host will take your group through a rotation of party activities for 1 hour including pool games, water slides and use of our brand new Water Park.

Your party will then enjoy food and drinks in a shaded area, or in our new Balinese Style Hut* or Party Room* for the following 30 minutes.

*Please note there is additional charge of $52 to reserve the Party Room and $50 to reserve the Balinese Style Hut. The hiring of the Balinese Style Hut and Party Room will also depend on availability.

Why is the minimum age of the party 5 years old?

The minimum age of birthday parties is 5 years to adhere to our Watch Around Water and supervision guidelines.

Can I invite other children not involved in the birthday party?

Unfortunately, birthday parties have exclusive use of the pool area and we are not open to the public during these times. We prefer as much as possible to keep the ratio to one parent per child, however, if a sibling needs to attend due to care and wishes to use the pool they may do so and pay the entry fee when they arrive. To adhere to our Watch Around Water guidelines all children 4 and under must enter the pool with an Adult.

What games do the party hosts organise?

It is dependent on the age of the children. Younger children may play treasure hunt, what's the time mister wolf, noodle races, stuck in the mud, relay games and general play with a mix of pool toys. Older children will be encouraged to play team-based activities like basketball, relay challenge games and others.

Do the children have the opportunity to have a play by themselves in the water?

The party host will issue children with yellow armbands in line with our Watch Around Water guidelines. They can spend some time in the splash park and in the Learners pool before the hosted games begin. It is your responsibility to supervise them at this time. Please ensure you have a ratio of 1 adult to every 4 children aged 5 to 9 years old.

Can I bring my own food and drink in to the centre?

COVID-19 requires food supplied through a hosted function to be individually served. We are unable to allow for food to be bought into the centre. You may bring in a birthday cake. The cake will need to be stored by yourself in an esky until it is time to eat. You must give the cake to the party host who will take it to the kiosk to be cut. NO knives are allowed on the grounds.

Can i bring decorations and candles for the party?

Our COVID requirements do not allow the use of candles during a birthday party. You may bring in decorations such as a table cloth or banner. Balloons are NOT allowed to be brought into the centre due to environmental issues.

How long can we stay for after the party activities have finished?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to extend your party time any further than the allocated 2-hour timeframe. You may book yourself into a recreation session if you wish to stay longer.

Do we have to pay for the parents attending the party?

We can accommodate up to 1 adult per child attending the party for no additional charge.

Some of our guests didn’t attend. What do I pay if less than the minimum children turn up?

The minimum cost is for 10 children. If you have more than the minimum, but not all of your guests attend, you will need to pay for the food component of all participants as confirmed the week prior to the party. The hosted games can be refunded. If less than 10 attended you are still required to pay for the minimum cost of 10 children.
