Sam Willoughby International BMX Facility
The Sam Willoughby International BMX Facility is now open.
The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) accredited facility, located in the City of Marion, is now home to the Cove and Happy Valley BMX clubs.
Funding for the UCI track has been provided by Marion Council ($1.75M), the State Government ($3.55M) and Onkaparinga Council ($750,000).
Construction of a $200,000 Marion Council-funded pump track will begin after the completion of the UCI track. The pump track will be available for community use.
