Positive Ageing and Inclusion
Staff and volunteers are supporting people who are:

  • Over 65
  • Carers
  • Younger people with a disability

This includes support with shopping, delivering frozen meals, essential travel.
Domestic assistance, home maintenance, gardening, and gutter cleaning are available.

The Positive Ageing and Inclusion team are here to provide support to people who are:

  • Over 65
  • Carers
  • Younger people with a disability

We’ve heard amazing stories of the kindness and support family, friends and neighbours are providing each other.

Please call us on 8375 6649 if you experience difficulties:

  • obtaining essential items
  • attending medical appointments
  • keeping active
  • maintaining your wellbeing or you just need a chat

Our friendly staff will talk to you about your individual needs, and together we will find ways to support you during this time. We are developing new ways to continue providing essential services and supporting you to keep active and maintain your sense of wellbeing.

Due to the unfolding situation with the coronavirus, you may experience delays in speaking with our staff. We ask you to be patient and where possible please leave your name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.

This enables pharmacists to dispense an emergency supply of essential medicines without a prescription.
