Positive Ageing & Inclusion

Support for people over 65 and those under 65 with transport needs.

Our aim is to support your independence and wellbeing during the coronavirus pandemic. We can provide assistance with:

  • Shopping
  • Transport to medical appointments
  • Delicious and affordable frozen meals delivered to your home
  • Support to keep active at home
  • Support to use your mobile phone, computer, tablet or iPad
  • Cleaning (domestic assistance)
  • Home maintenance; gardening and gutter cleaning.
