Public notifications - Online statement of representation form

This form is to be used in order to make a valid representation to Council regarding a development application currently on public notice, as shown on Council's public notification page.

Please note that for Category 2 applications, only owners and occupiers of adjacent land notified by Council are entitled to lodge a representation.

The following details must be supplied:

• Name of representor (s),
• Postal address,
• Specific comments, and
• Whether the person making the representation wishes to be heard by the Council Assessment Panel.

Please note that, pursuant to Section 38(8) of the Development Act, a copy of each representation received will be forwarded to the applicant for written response.

In considering the application, the Council will have regard to any representation made insofar as the representation relates to the provisions of the Development Plan.
