A new series of "Digital Springboard" workshops are being run at the Cove Civic Centre covering job applications, e-mail, spreadsheets, social media and data analytics. These free workshops are being run as part of a digital inclusion initiative by Infoxchange and Google.

Oaklands Estate Reserve will be a regional playground that will incorporate recreation and picnic facilities, play opportunities, pathway connections and landscaping. The works will occur over two stages to enable parts of the reserve to remain open during the construction (Oct 2018 - June 2019).

The second stage of the Oaklands Recreation Plaza has now been completed. The plaza now features an iconic rotunda with amphitheatre, picnic facilities, trike path, 3 on 3 basketball court and netball ring. The works also addressed stormwater mitigation. Find out more...

In the past months paths have been laid & retaining walls constructed. Sheltered picnic facilities are starting to take shape with shelters, tables and BBQs installed. It is anticipated that the first stage of works incorporating the playground will be completed by November 2018. Find out more...
Plympton Oval, Plympton Park | Notice of Works

Work at Plympton Oval will take place from October 2018 to January 2019 to upgrade the irrigation system , playing surface, install a SACA standard cricket pitch and improve the drainage. The playground will remain open during the construction period. Find out more...
