Celebrating Marion

Council is shining the spotlight on the people and places that make Marion an exciting place to live, work and play.

Celebrating Marion is a 12-month campaign that will highlight what makes the city special.

Local residents can add their photograph to a three-dimensional artwork, enter an online talent contest, and write about life in their neighbourhood.

There’s a calendar of local achievements on Council’s website and specially designed graphics for businesses and groups to print off and display.

This is the first time Council has highlighted what makes Marion unique in a sustained manner – and you can be involved.
